Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Change of Mind (Customer Remorse):

  1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  2. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. Return shipping is free—we provide a prepaid return label.
  4. No restocking fees apply.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  1. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  2. We will cover all return shipping costs.
  3. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping charges (if any were paid).
  4. No restocking fees apply.

Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Print the return label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
