Order Processing
All orders placed on rhhiowddgeskin.it.com are processed within 1–2 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery Timeline

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time. For example, if you place an order on a Monday before 5:00 PM ET, your order will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday and should arrive within 3–5 business days from the dispatch date, giving you a total delivery window of 4–7 business days from the order date.
Please understand that delivery time estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier volume, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Carriers are selected at the time of dispatch based on your shipping address, package weight, and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
